About The Filter's College Rankings
What is The Filter?

The Filter is a unique website that helps college lacrosse student athletes identify colleges that are right for them. Through a truly unique and proprietary filtering system, lacrosse student athletes are able to filter lacrosse colleges based on both general college, academic and lacrosse based filters. The Filter also produces various lacrosse college rankings, team profiles pages, lacrosse school interactive maps, custom bookmarking, interest tracking and much more. All of this is to put a spotlight on colleges so that lacrosse student athletes can make the best possible college decision.

How Are Our Rankings Calculated

The Filter’s rankings are purely objective. There is no component to the rankings that is subjective, at all. There are no reviews, no polls, no influences, no reputation considerations. It is only about the data and factual information. To ensure that our information is as factual as possible we use the most reliable information as mentioned above and also double check that information by periodically requesting that lacrosse coaches review and update their data.
